We make sure that your house is safe, secure and that everything is taken care of while you are away. From watering plants, feeding animals or doing the daily house check. You can enjoy your get away without having to worry about your house.

Rates

R 120.00 per day (including transport)   

R 100.00 per day, exceeding 14 days

No extra fees for animals or specific checks within the house. These rates stay the same in/out of peak season. 

Extra fees will be charged if pets need special attention (walking, grooming, etc.)

PLEASE NOTE:

50% deposit (with proof of payment, if EFT) when we collect house keys. The other 50% can be paid within day of arrival - 10 days after.

If you haven't arrived due to schedule or after working hours, an additional fee will be charged ( R 100.00 - R 150.00 ).

With our introductory visit, you will have to fill out a form of "terms and conditions" with your I.D number and contact details. (note: all the information that you provide will be put into our file, so we have you on record for our second visit. None of your information will go out to the public)

We do Fourways, Douglasdale, Olivedale, Northriding, Magaliessig, Lonehill and Cedar Square area's. If you are in another area than these stated above, a R 30.00 fee will be added per day.
